Hello, I’m Michael, I have been in the computer industry for over 20 years. My computer experience was a hobby that turned into a career. I’ve worked on personal computers, built custom computers, ran gaming servers and small networks. I worked at a global engineering firm as their System Administrator for four mid-sized offices. While with this company, I wore several hats including but not limited to Information Security Admin, Network Admin and Tier Two Desktop support technician.

I enjoy working with people and resolving their computer issues. It is very satisfying to me to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.

Hello, I’m Hayden Bouquet, Field Service Technician at our store in Abilene. My fascination with all things tech started young, leading me on the never ending pursuit of knowledge related to Information Technology. I have enjoyed many of the challenges I’ve encountered over the last 7 years in the ‘business, and I anticipate facing and overcoming many more in the future.

I have been working in the tech industry for over 20 years. I started out working on personal computers and it eventually led to being a tech room manager at a local company of the time. My tech experience in IT includes diagnostic/repair, management, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, among other qualifications. I have an MBA with a concentration in Finance. I taught computer networking at TSTC from 2010 to 2012. I have a passion for people that desire to work hard and want to learn and increase their knowledge.

I founded Apollo Computers Inc. in 2005 with one primary purpose – Customer Service. Our mission at Apollo is “To provide such a great customer service experience that our customers know they chose the right place to do business.” Over the years the business has grown substantially and even though we never have or will take our focus off of customer service, we now share this focus with employing hardworking, caring, and professional employees. Our goal is to provide an excellent working and positive environment. We understand that our focus on customer service experience is directly related to the compassion and care we provide for our employees.

Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’ve lived here in Texas for 16 years with my husband and four children. I am an Apple Authorized Mac Tech and I work on Mac’s and wherever else needed. I enjoy the great people that work there and the customers that we get to help everyday. Its a nice feeling to know that we can truly make a positive difference in someone’s life.

Management of Outside Techs scheduling, Ticket preparation, Billing, Accounts Receivable maintenance.

I love encountering and overcoming unusual issues with the computers I work on. I get to learn something new every day.

What is a typical day like for you?
Maintaining the Apollo Phone and Tablet shop, ordering parts, drinking too much coffee, and repairing mobile devices.

What do you like most about your job?
I love working with intricate and complex hardware, my co-workers are a blast to be around, great coffee, and that I enjoy my job so much that the work days fly by!

Favorite activities or things to do when not working?
I play guitar, piano, ukulele, and bass. I enjoy music recording and production/mastering. I’m also a computer gamer, an avid Rubik’s cube collector and solver, and an artist practicing oil, acrylic and watercolor painting.

My son and I started this computer business nine years ago in Comanche, Tx. Six years ago we moved we moved our shop to Stephenville. Two years ago we were invited to be part of the Apollo family. After becoming Apple Certified in 2018 we became part of the Apollo family in Early, Tx.

I have been involved with computers since 1963 and very excited to be part of the Apple world. Our goal is to continue to provide excellent service to Erath and Comanche counties.

I was born and raised in Texas. I have been working in the tech industry for over 30 years. I started out working on personal computers and it led to being a tech manager for a national company. My tech experience in IT includes diagnostic/repair, management, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, Microsoft Certified Professional, among other distinguished qualifications.

Outside Service, Digital Media Design, Web Consultation, and Customer Relations

What is a typical day like for you?
As the “Intern” of the shop in Stephenville, I mostly handle the initial check in of Customers. I also handle most of the simple outside services and onsite network troubleshooting.

What do you like most about your job?
I love learning about the new ideas and technologies that are developing every day and having the opportunity to increase my knowledge.

Favorite activities or things to do when not working?
I am a Book Worm Deluxe with a passion for Fantasy, Mythology, and Christian fiction. I am also a digital design artist with a strong background in photography, videography, and web design. I love a wide variety of music that make most people looking at my “Library” really confused.
